Subscription or project: which should I pick?
If you have ongoing work, an evolving roadmap, or a live product to improve, the subscription is simpler and usually cheaper. If you have one defined build with a clear finish line, a fixed-price project fits. You can switch anytime.
How does the subscription price stay the same?
You pay one flat monthly price and add as many requests as you like. I work through them one at a time (two on Scale), in the order you set. There is nothing to quote, so there is nothing to surprise you.
Are the project prices final?
They are starting points that show the ballpark. Every project gets a written scope and a fixed quote before work begins, and anything new mid-project is priced before it starts.
Can I start with a project and switch to a subscription?
Yes, and many clients do. Launch with a fixed-price build, then roll onto a plan to keep improving it, with 20% off your first month.
How do payments work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and can be paused or cancelled from your portal. Projects run on a deposit and milestone payments. Every invoice lives in your client portal.
