What does "unlimited requests" really mean?

Add as many requests to your board as you like. I work on them one at a time (two on Scale), in the order you set. Bigger requests are split into small, shippable pieces so you see progress every day or two.

How fast will I get my work?

Most requests land in review within one to two business days. Larger features are broken into chunks, each delivered on that same rhythm, so there is always something new to look at.

Why not just hire a developer?

A senior full-time developer costs well over $100k a year plus benefits, recruiting, and management. With a subscription you get the same seniority, you only pay for the months you need, and you can pause when things are quiet.

How does pausing work?

Pause from your portal whenever your queue runs dry. Unused days are banked and resume with you, so if you pause halfway through the month you keep the other half for later.

You do, from the first commit. Work happens in your repository, on your hosting accounts. Cancel and you keep everything.

What if I only have one project?

Then a fixed-price project is probably the better fit, and I still offer those. Many clients start with a fixed build and roll onto a plan after launch, with 20% off their first month.

Is there a contract or minimum term?
